The Faith Center Events

Faith Center Family, as part of our Year of Purpose & Prosperity, we are entering a dedicated 21-day season of prayer and fasting. This is our time to refocus, strengthen our spiritual discipline, and align with God’s direction for our lives, families, and church. Together, we will pursue 21 specific prayer commitments aimed at growth, clarity, wisdom, and breakthrough across every area of our community.

To participate, prepare your heart and body by following the Daniel Fast, focusing on simple, whole foods while limiting daily distractions. You can view full details of the fast HERE.  We also invite you to gather with us every evening on Zoom at 7:00 PM for 20 minutes of powerful corporate prayer. Let’s pray, fast, and get focused together as we position ourselves for extraordinary faith and purpose.

[d]Groups are a place to connect with others, study God’s Word, grow in your relationship with Jesus, and put your faith into action.

What if just 1 hour of your day could help save 3 lives?

Every two seconds, someone in our country needs blood, and together we have the opportunity to make an incredible impact in our community.

We invite you to join us for our upcoming Blood Drive in partnership with the American Red Cross.  By donating blood, you are offering hope to patients battling illness, recovering from surgery, or facing other life-threatening situations. This simple act of generosity is one of the most meaningful ways we can love and serve our neighbors.

Have you ever thought about how God has uniquely created you for His glory?  Join us on a journey of discovery.  In this class, we’ll explore different types of spiritual gifts and how each one can be used to advance the Kingdom. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences, ask thoughtful questions, take a spiritual gifts assessment, and seek guidance in identifying and nurturing your gifts.

During the session, you’ll:

• Reflect on your personal experiences and faith journey
• Take a spiritual gifts assessment
• Ask thoughtful questions and engage in meaningful discussion
• Receive guidance in identifying and developing your gifts

Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

Be the person a teen needs when it matters most. The Faith Center, in partnership with GCAPP and Operation Impact of Atlanta, is hosting a Youth Mental Health First Aid training on Saturday, September 19th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This powerful, hands-on experience will equip you to recognize early warning signs, respond with confidence, and support teens navigating mental health challenges. You’ll learn how to listen without judgment, take meaningful action, and help connect young people to the support they need. This training is completely free, includes a certification upon completion, and is open to all TFC Partners and the DeKalb County community. One informed, caring adult can change the trajectory of a young person’s life. Be that person. Space is limited, so register today: REGISTER TODAY!
